He was born in Louisiana, United States in 1971, but lived in Honduras, Central America, most of his life; he then returned to the United States, where he currently resides in South Carolina. With studies in Industrial Engineering, Textiles, Executive Leadership, and Quality Management, His professional career has been developed in the textile industry with strength in the development of work teams for the management of manufacturing processes. In his personal life, he had the blessing of leading Christian couples, all of them leaders in their professional areas, and it is during that experience of sharing with leaders in their daily challenges that he saw the opportunity to support Christian leaders in their day-to-day leadership having Jesus as a guide.
